Fitness and Relaxation



After looking at my home equipment for several weeks, I have developed a schedule to workout at least twice a week. I would like to do more if time permits but that's good for now. After getting off the treadmill yesterday I felt as if I was still walking at a fast past. My body had to calm down a minute.
